Campfire Sausages and

Snacks

1) Veggie Sausage Campfire

Feast

If you don’t appreciate spending much

time on cooking meal and like to spend

more leisure time then this sausage feast

is a perfect recipe for you. It gets ready

in no time on campfire and gives easy

cleanup.

Prep Time: 15-20 min.

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

Garlic, peeled -12 cloves

Sausages, pre-cooked – 8

pieces

Red onion, make chunks – 1

small piece

Boiled potatoes make halves –

32 oz.

Sweet peppers, cubed - 6

small pieces

Oregano and basil as required

Pepper and salt as

required

Directions:

- At first, take the sausages and make 20-

25 pieces from them.

- Start the campfire and make a flat bed

of burning coals.

- Now take the foil roll; tear to make six

square sheets enough to make wraps of

(about 1 foot squares).

- Spread light oil on them.

- Equally divide sausage pieces, garlic,

pepper, onions, herbs and potatoes

between them.

- Season on top with the pepper and salt.

- Fold the foil to make tight sealed

wraps.

- Place the wraps on heated coals; it

will take about 10-12 minutes for the

veggies to thoroughly roast.
